The Servei de Rehabilitació Comunitària (SRC) [Community Rehabilitation Service] is a specialised health service run by the Catalan Health Service Mental Health Network.

The SRC coordinate its activities with the Les Corts Adult Mental Health Centre (CSMA) and with the Les Corts and Sarrià-Sant Gervasi Child and Adolescent Mental Health Centre (CSMIJ). |

The SRC coordinates with other community teams and social services specialised in mental health (Social Club, Pre-Employment Service, Support to the Home). |

The SRC is part of a psychiatric health-care circuit coordinating with other mental health emergency and hospitalisation services. |
Who does the SRC provide care to?
The SRC provides care to residents of the municipal district of Les Corts in Barcelona.
How to request a consultation
Through referral by the Mental Health Centre by means of the referral form.
The user or the family may arrange an appointment by telephone or in person at the SRC.
What documentation needs to be submitted?
· Health Care Card .
· Referral form from the Mental Health Centre.
Who makes up the health-care team?
It is a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychologists, people trained in social education, occupational therapists, social workers, social integrators and clerical staff who guarantee a professional, confidential and personalised service.
When is it open?
The centre is open for consultations from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 2 pm and from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
