The Les Corts Association for Insertion into Work

The Associació Les Corts per la Inserció Laboral (ALCIL) [Les Corts Association for Insertion into Work] has the mission of promoting insertion into work in the field of mental health.

This mission is conducted through employment insertion programmes for people of working age with mental disorders.

One objective is the creation of special work centres which provide productive work, regular participation in market operations and guarantee paid employment.

This employment activity framework promotes the personal and social adaptation of its workers, and is also a means of integration into a normal working system.
